Week in Review
We have had so much fun learning about what scientists do!
So far, we have discussed that scientists observe and read. This week, we focused on our ability to observe and read about the structures animals use to defend themselves from predators.

This tied in perfectly with our strategy of asking and answering questions in reading. The kids were challenged to create "Teacher Questions" about the books they read.

We're also moving into the final stages of our Personal Narratives! The kids had fun sharing their stories with their peers before we began the actual writing part.

We also began trying out Google Classroom this week!
It is no easy task to type in your username and password as a first grader but we are really getting the hang of it.

Have a great week!
